Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds and exchanges will only be considered if the product is returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

Before installing the device, please connect it to your vehicle and confirm it is functioning correctly. Do not use the supplied 3M mounting tape or remove the screen protector (except for the XS model, which does not include a screen protector) until compatibility and functionality have been confirmed.

A refund or exchange will not be approved if any of the following are missing or have been used:

  • Original packaging
  • 3M mounting tape
  • Mounting bracket
  • Screen protector (where applicable)

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Compatibility

Buyers must provide their vehicle make, model, and year of manufacture before completing their purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the selected device is not compatible with the vehicle provided.

If the buyer does not supply vehicle details at checkout, the buyer acknowledges that they have independently verified compatibility before placing the order. In such cases, the seller will not be responsible for any compatibility issues arising after purchase.

Warranty

All products are supplied with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, accidents, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, or any damage caused by the user.
