Refund policy

Return and exchange policy:

Please note refund/exchange will only be arranged if the product is returned to the seller in full original packaging. Please plug the device to your vehicle before using the provided 3M mounting tape and removing the screen protector.

The buyer will not be given a refund if the product is not returned in full original packaging along with unused 3M mounting tape, mounting bracket and screen protector.

Return postage at buyer’s expense*.

Compatability:

Buyer is responsible to advise the vehicle's make, model and manufacture year before payment.
Seller reserves the rights to cancel the order if the device is not compatible with the vehicle.

In the case of buyer fails to advise the vehicle's details at check out, the buyer has acknowledged to confirm the compatibility prior to making the order. The seller will not be responsible for any compatibility issue if buyer fails to advise to provide vehicle's details as above.

1-year warranty included in every purchase.
(Excluding damage caused by users).
